We’re looking for a warm, organised, and values-driven coordinator to join our climate equity programme. We are looking for someone based in Indonesia, working remotely, with time onsite in Bali.

This is a part-time, 7-month contract (USD $4,500–$6,500) for someone with 2–5 years of experience in community organising or the NGO sector who believes that real climate action is about people, equity and care, not just emissions.

You’ll be the connective tissue of our programme: supporting participants, managing community platforms, coordinating logistics for our Bali event, and helping our community feel held and informed every step of the way.
