As civil society faces political backlash, ecological collapse, and deepening polarisation, we believe the ability to adapt, imagine, and relate across difference is no longer optional, it’s essential.

Tracy Frauzel and Neha Saigal have a shared history of working on environmental campaigns with Greenpeace. After leaving Greenpeace this connection developed into a powerful collaboration working together across several projects. Our work together for the Swedish Institute LeaderLab programme has supported more than 600 emerging leaders across 25 countries in South and Southwest Asia, North Africa, Eastern Europe and Western Balkans to develop as leaders and advocates working to promote peaceful and inclusive societies (SDG 16) and defend democracy and freedom of expression.
Our shared values of justice, equity, regeneration and female empowerment brought us together, and our combined passions, experience and perspectives has become a powerful mix.
Tracy brings years of experience working internationally for social change with a focus on participatory design for innovation. Neha brings years of experience working with grassroots and affected communities in India and integrating feminist ways of working in civil society organisations.
The convergence of our experiences means we have a global perspective that meets what is needed at the grassroots. Together we deliver work that supports collaboration, people-centric innovation and action. We are both committed to nurturing leadership on the margins of traditional civil society with diverse individuals that also supports leaders’ wellbeing, care for the communities we serve, and strengthens the resilience of teams and organisations to sustain action and the regeneration of society.
